Metro HCM Fleet Service, in my opinion, is the best auto repair shop that I have ever experienced. I was traveling from DFW to Lubbock and my truck broke down in Abilene. I thought I was in trouble and out of luck. One of the many people that came and offered me help was one of the guys from HCM, Jayson. He took the time out of his day to help me diagnose my truck on site. We could not come to a solution, and it began to get late. He gave me his card and I called the number. Nick answered the phone and helped me with external tow services and assured me that my truck was in good hands. Come to the next day, in between dealing with the unresponsive Ford dealership and Nick, I immediately decided to go with these guys. Shortly after some communication between Nick and I, the owner, Chris himself decided to diagnose and fix my truck due to the interesting bind i was in. After a day or so, Chris fixed my truck and even offered to go further because he noticed something else was wrong with my truck. He also called me and then we agreed to fix it.
Overall, these guys have the customers' BEST interest at heart, and it is very hard to come by nowadays. I live 2.5 hours away but will definitely make the drive out there again.
